Currently PT KOKAI INDO ABADI is responsible for South East Asia and North Africa markets. Our activities consist of stocking and trading carbon steel, stainless steel, and alloy steel valves. Our main customers are in the Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical and Palm Oil Industries and related EPC companies. - Organizing and preparing documents, preparation of meeting
Requirements
- Female
- Minimum D3 from secretary/ tourism, humanities (English/Mandarin)/Public Relations/Administration faculty
- Minimum 1 years experience as personal Assistant/secretary
- Fluent or passive in English & Mandarin
- Computer literate in using MS Office & Internet
- Posseess an attractive looks, pleasat, outgoing personality and good communication skill
- Pro-active and flexible approach to problem solving and job responsibilities
- Able to work under pressure, self motivated and honest
