Requirements
• S1/S2 graduates from various disciplines, except Teacher, Art, Literature / Culture, Philosophy, public health science and nursing.
• Active in the organization activities, both within and outside the campus.
• Minimum GPA 3.01 (S1) and 3.20 (S2)
• Fluent in English both orally and in writing
• Not married, maximum age 26 years.
• Energetic, confident, good communication skills, highly motivated, and like the challenge.
• Willing is not married during the MDP education (9 months)
• Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia.
• Computer literate, minimum familiar with MS Office application (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
• Have not participated in the selection process at Bank Syariah Mandiri within a period of 6 months
