Job Description
- Manage and maintain the quality of internal audit work to meet the required quality and standard prescribed, including understanding of business process, analyze control gaps and provide recommendation to management.
- Identify key risks and controls and develop work programs for audit/ consulting service.
- Execute and deliver assurance and consulting service assignment to fulfill business plan and management request, including manage project completion.
- Monitor and provide internal audit report on timely basis to be submitted to stakeholders (i.e. Management and BAC).
- Manage and prepare audit working papers in Audit Management System to support audit finding and report.
- Monitor and follow-up post audit issues status/progress to ensure audit finding and recommendation have been effectively implemented.
- Provide investigative and forensic audit.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, IT
- 3-4 years experience in related field
- Preferably having audit experience in team lead role (internal/external)
- Preferably Certified in audit field/related skill (CFE)
- Analytical skill in related core skill/field, particularly in analyzing internal control
- Requires skill in executing and delivering assurance and consulting assignments
- Intermediate knowledge of risk and control
- Forensic auditing & investigative audit
