Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Payroll reports to Assistant Manager .
- Implement recruitment and selection process for prospective operators up to supervisor level employees .
- Continually develop recruitment and selection methods are based on competency .
- Making analysis of employee turnover and the achievement of KPI reports its part and propose remedial measures above targets are not achieved .
Requirements
- Indonesian citizen , physically and mentally healthy .
- Min . S1 Industrial Psychology , Human Resource Management or equivalent .
- Min . 2 years of experience in the field of HR , Recruitment particular area .
- Mastering the methods of recruitment and selection based on competency ( Competency Based Recruitment & Selection ) . Preferably certified Competence Based Recruiters ( Certified Competency Based Recruitment ) .
- Mastering ways to get labor ( resourcing ) in accordance with the competencies and job level .
- Mastering CBBI ( Competency Based Interview Behavior ) .
- Mastering the use of test tools ( Pauli , DISC , MBTI , Papi Kostick ) and its analysis .
- Having a good relationship with vocational schools , universities , colleges , training institutes and bureaus psychology .
- Understanding the Law. 13 on Labour and its implementation in the field of employment .
- Analytical , diligent , conscientious , and able to work in a fast tempo .
- Have excellent communication skills with various groups .
- Mature personality , energetic , able to adapt quickly and love the field of human resources development .
- Fluent in English and proficient computer ( min. MS Office ) .
- Willing to be placed in Gresik , East Java .
