Our business
• In effort to attract more investors in the petroleum sector, in 1997 Indonesia established Migas Data Management (MDM) operated by PT. Patra Nusa Data (PND), Wich manages and promotes petroleum investment opportunities by compiling and value adding available petroleum data and information. High quality data has thus become more easily and quickly accessible.
Task
• To implement integrated National Petroleum E&P Data Repositories.
Purpose
• To preserve national asset.
• To provide a fast and easy access to high quality data.
• To attract more investors in oil and gas sector through an 'open file' system.
PND activities
• To gather, to store, re-master & process (value adding), maintain National EP Data using international & industry standards in formats media and warehouse.
• To establish Indonesia petroleum EP Metadata base.
• To provide data review & access to data services.
• To prepare and provide data packages for new Working Area offering.
• To produce Indonesia Petroleum Working Area Map and Indonesia Cultural Data.
• To help the industry in establishing integrated Petroleum EP Data Management and GIS based software applications.
Secretary To Gm & Director
Responsibilities
Organize and manage system administration and secretarial functions which include correspondence , documentation and scheduling Directors selective , effective , efficient , in order to ensure a good relationship with the other party and keep confidential documents related to the smooth duties and responsibilities in accordance with the procedures and instructions labor force.
Secretary is responsible positions structurally to GM & Director , particularly in providing secretarial support , including :
- Travel Arrangement : preparation SPPD ( Official Travel Warrant ) , ticket and hotel based on the rules of the company , itinerary ( itinerary ) , the demand for money to finance , and accountability reports to go home .
- Correspondence : incoming and outgoing mail . Outgoing mail for the division and outside the institution Elnusa .
- Management of petty cash office : meeting the consumption , delivery , and food overtime .
- Filing .
- Tops agenda : meetings related to the boss .
Requirements
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Personal Services or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Taman Tekno BSD Sektor XI Blok G2/1, Tangerang Selatan, Banten.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Secretarial/Executive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Contract position(s) available.
