The Company's business activities of port services covers 4 provinces, namely North Sumatera, Aceh, Riau, and Riau Islands. Inaport 1 is based in Medan and manages 12 port branches, 13 representative offices, 1 Belawan International Container Terminal, 1 Belawan Hospital, 1 unit shipyard, and 1 unit container depot. Pelindo I reached significant performance in 2012, according to PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Annual Report 2012 as cited by JobsCDC.com. Pelindo I achieved total net profit in 2012 reached Rp 355.03 billion, growth by 67.99% from Rp 211.34 billion in 2011.

Requirements
•    Male / Female maximum age 35 years for those who have a diploma Sailors ANT III
•    Male / Female maximum age 39 years for those who have a diploma Sailors ANT II or ANT I
•    Experience as a ship captain with a minimum sailing period of 3 years
•    Able to speak English (Active)
•    Physically and mentally healthy as evidenced by a medical certificate from the hospital
•    Drug-free as evidenced by a drug-free certificate from the hospital
•    Willing to undergo a bond for 10 years
•    Willing to be placed around the working area of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero)
