- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) majoring in Civil Engineering, from accredited university (minimum accredited B)
- Minimum GPA 2.75
- Male, with maximum age 30 years old on March 2014
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, SAP structure program
- Preferably fluent in English (oral & written)
- Mastering the building structure, including bridge foundations
- Mastering measurements with theodolite tool and waterpass
