Marketing (Code : GRU - MK)

Requirements
•    Experienced in selling banking or other financial institution products institutions at least 1 year, preferably experienced in micro banking
•    Target oriented
•    Have SIM C and motorcycles

Relationship and Collection (Code : GRU - RC)

Requirements
•    At least 1 year of experience in the field of marketing of collection at bank or other financial institutions, preferably experienced in micro banking
•    Have a good collection skills both soft collection and hard collection
•    Have SIM C and motorcycles

Credit Reviewer/Financing Reviewer (Code : GRU - CR)

Requirements
•    At least 1 year experience as credit analyst at bank or other financial institutions, preferably in micro banking
•    Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
•    Have SIM C and motorcycles
Area Credit Reviewer/Area Financing Reviewer (Code : GRU - ARC)
Requirements
•    At least 2 years experience as credit analyst at bank or othe financial institutions, preferably in micro banking
•    Experienced in lead a team at least 1 year
•    Computer literate, minimum Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
•    Have SIM C and motorcycles

Micro Unit Head (Code : GRU - MUH)

Requirements
•    Experienced and understanding in micro banking and have a good skills in micro credit/financing analyst and collateral apparisal
•    Experienced in lead a banking team at least 1 year, preferably in micro banking
•    Have a good negotiation skill and able to selling lending products
•    Have a vision and strategy in developing the unit

Micro Area Head (Code : GRU - MAH)

Requirements
•    Understanding the business and knowledge of micro banking, credit analyst and collateral apparisal
•    Experienced in lead a banking team at least 2 years, preferably in micro banking
•    Have a vision and strategy in developing the area
Area Collection Head (Code : GRU - ACH)

Requirements
•    At least 3 years of working experience in the field of collection at banks or financial institution
•    Have a good skills in soft collection and hard collection

Area Support (Code : GRU - AS)

Requirements
•    Maximum age 35 years old, minimum D3
•    Computer literate, minimum MS Office application (Word and Excel)
General Requirements
1.    Male/Female, Minimum D3 any major, Preferably S1
2.    Hard worker and not easily give up
3.    Have a good knowledge of risk, good integrity, and good leadership
4.    MK, RC, CR maximum age 35 years old and minimum S1
5.    ACR maximum age 37 years old and minimum S1
6.    MUH, MAH, ACH maximum age 40 years old and minimum S1
