To support the rapid growth expansion within our business units: GIANT, HERO, GUARDIAN, and STARMART with a total population of more than 10,000 employees, we are looking for a potential candidate to fill up the following position:

Organization Development Specialist (ODS2013) - IDR 4800000 - 7500000

Responsibilities
  • Do the process of the People Management cycle
  • Improve the internal mobility
  • Champion and coordinate change program for the company in order to monitor progress against the vision for future service delivery and to take action to ensure alignment as appropriate.
  • Manage key transformation projects and coordinate others, managing risks and opportunities associated with transformational change and business process re-engineering, taking all steps to mitigate/exploit these to ensure that the transformation program is successfully delivered.
  • Provide advice on organizational and job design including partnership options so that staff structured, culture and jobs facilitate change, recruitment and retention and the delivery and development of services.
  • Ensure where process improvements are to be made appropriate structures and impact assessments are undertaken to ensure identified organizational benefits are achieved.
  • To ensure availability of talent pipeline in the right track of competency
  • Define and Deploy the competency center
  • Ensure the competency of manpower match with current condition as well as future needs
  • Expand the center of expertise within functions, area within the business units
  • Monitoring closely individual Development Plan from Performance management Result & to ensure the readiness of successor
  • Ensure the deployment of successor planning program
  • To develop policy, process and initiatives to meet staff aspirations on talent management, career development, succession planning.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Manager / Manager specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Experience designing and implementing programs and strategies to support business objectives; familiar with concepts of strategy deployment process
  • Familiar with Continuous Improvement practices
  • Ability to work independently while also being able to work in cross-organizational and cross-cultural teams
  • Strong facilitation, oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Required language(s): English
  • Full-Time position(s) available
