New Initiative Project Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead cross- functional team members assigned for the duration of the project to ensure timely completion of project tasks and reporting
- Provide leadership , coaching , and guidance on an ongoing basis to members of the project team
- Provide clear communication to team members and responsible for the work processes within a project team
- Working with cross- functional teams and projects to identify , analyze , monitor and respond to issues and risks associated with the project to ensure the ability to achieve the expected results , on time and within budget
- Work proactively with cross- functional stakeholders to solve problems and resolve conflicts
- Leading the activities required to complete the project documents : project plan , scope , and schedule of the project
- Develop resources and project cost estimates and monitor project budgets are met to ensure
Requirements
- Have experience working in the insurance industry for at least 5 years
- Minimal S1
- GPA of at least 3 of the top university
- Active English ( written / oral )
- Discipline and goal oriented
- Having a good initiative and able to become a leader in a project
- Organized and have good organizational skills
- Can work individually , preferably in team
- Having the ability to communicate with all levels of employees
- Mastering Microsoft Office and Visio
