Responsibilities:
- Create and develop a syllabus and training modules
- Provide training for operators, foreman, and supervisors in all Astra Otoparts group companies
- Person in charge as a trainer for each execution of training
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, any major from reputable University
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field especially in the Manufacturing Business
- Proactive and excellent communication skill
- Having strong analytical thinking
- Able to work in a team
