Requirements
• Male / Female, Age 24 years - 32 years
• Minimum S1 graduate of Psychology, Law, HR Management and min GPA: 3.00
• Have experience in personnel min. 3 years
• Familiar with all personnel administration processes, Attendance, and Appraisal
• Familiar with insurance and worker process
• Understanding the labor laws
• Understand the process of recruitment and selection of employees
• know and understand the process of training and employee development
• Fluent in English active
• Honest, hardworking, initiative and able to work under pressure
