Management Development Program (MDP)

Requirements
•    Bachelor Degree from any majors with GPA min 2.75
•    Have an organization experiences, both within and outside the campus
•    Proficient in English
•    Max age 26 years old
•    Not married and willing to not get married during the MDP education
•    Willing to be placed in the BSM network throughout Indonesia

Pelaksana Unit Bisnis / Support

Requirements
•    Min D3 (preferably S1) with GPA at least 2.75 (Accreditation A)
•    Maximum age 27 years old
•    Max age 27 years old for experienced at least 2 years in same position or max age 25 years old for Fresh Graduates
•    Computer literate, minimal MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
•    Energetic, confident, able to communicate well, be highly motivated and enjoy challenges
•    Preferred are not married

Officer Unit Bisnis / Support

Requirements
•    Maximum age 35 years old
•    Min S1 from any majors
•    Have a minimum of 2 years experience in same positions or at least 4 years experience as data banking analyst staff
•    Computer literate, minimal MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
•    Creative, innovative, knowledgeable and able to work together in a team
•    Active in the organization
•    Fluent in English, both active and passive
