Project Manager (PM)
Requirements
• Male, maximum age 45 years old
• Education Bachelor Degree (S1) or Master Degree (S2) majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture
• At least 5 years of experience
• Have an understanding of contracts document, project budget plan, and project quality plan
• Have a good problem solving and decision making skills
• Have a good skill in MS Project

• Have an understanding of contracts document, project budget plan, and project quality plan
• Have an understanding of cost analysis and schedulling
• Have a good problem solving and decision making skills
Site Engineer (SE)
Requirements
• Male, maximum age 40 years old
• D3/S1 majoring in Civil Engineering, Architecture Engineering
• At least 5 years of experience
• Able to develop a project schedule and RAB using MS Project
• Able to calculate the structure and familiar with SAP, STAAD, ETABS
