Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan - BPJS Ketenagakerjaan (Jamsostek) is non profit government institution with main duties to organize the social security program in Indonesia, especially in social security workforce. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan was formed in January 2014 to replace state-owned social security workforce company PT Jamsostek (Persero) under the Law no 24 of 2011. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan is based in Jakarta and its head office is located at Jl Jendral Gatot Subroto No 79
Jakarta Selatan 12930. At present, the Institution is supported by 11 regional offices in Medan, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Jakarta, Serang, Bandung, Semarang, Sidoarjo, Balikpapan, Makassar, and Ambon. BPJS Ketenagakerjaan also supported by 121 branch office spread in 11 regional offices nationwide.

- Nationality : Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
- Age : Max age 25 years old 31 on December 2014
- Graduation Year : 2013 and 2014 (SKL welcome)
- Accreditation of courses : Min B BAN PT
- Programs of study : Accounting, Communication, Management
- GPA : Min 3.00 (Scale 4.00)
- Achievement : During college has achievements like innovation, win the contests/race, certain skills (non-sport)
- The study period : Max 10 semesters
Other :
- Willing to undergo a bond period for 2 years
- Willing to follow the selection process in Jakarta
- Willing to be stationed in all working units of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan in all over Indonesia
- Willing to not married during the first year of employment period
