Jobs S1 D3 2014 PT Petro Jordan Abadi - PT Petro Jordan Abadi is a Joint Venture Company between Jordan Phosphate Mines Co. , PLC ( Jordan ) and PT PKG ( Indonesia) , with respectively 50 % of capital investment . Establishment of PT Petro Jordan Abadi as a Joint Venture Company set forth in the Articles of Association No. 03, dated 24 September 2010 and was approved by the Minister of Justice and Human Rights dated October 21, 2010 . Currently PT Petro Jordan Abadi is implementing a phosphoric acid plant and its supporting products , which had started on January 10, 2012 for a period of 30 months , so it is expected to be operational in July 2014 . Overall cost of projects funded by the PKG equity and loans with JPMC and Bank Debt Equity ratio of 70:30 percent . The loan obtained from the Bank of USD 129 Million Syndicated .
