- Usia maksimal 27 tahun
- Pendidikan minimal S1 dari jurusan Teknik Komputer, Teknik Informasi, Teknik Elektro, Teknik Penerbangan dari universitas/institusi pendidikan terkemuka di dalam maupun luar negeri
- IPK minimal 3.00 (skala 4.00)
- Fresh graduate dipersilakan untuk melamar
- Menguasai dan fasih dalam Bahasa Inggris (lisan dan tulisan)
- Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Garuda Indonesia Training Center, Duri Kosambi
